(Madison, OH) -- A ten-year veteran teacher from Madison High School was arrested this week while attending a teacher's conference for his alleged role in an Internet sex case. Police say 57-year-old science teacher Robert Fickenscher faces multiple charges in connection with a Pennsylvania Internet sex sting. The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office says Fickenscher exchanged explicit e-mails and was in the process of arranging a meeting with a member of the child predator unit who was posing as a 13-year-old girl. Fickenscher currently sits in the Lake County Jail and has agreed to be extradited to Pennsylvania. The school plans on conducting its own internal investigation.
