On Thursday, investigators said that person is 31-year-old Tishana Culver of Cleveland. Two other victims, 52-year-old Tonia Carmichael of Warrensville Heights and 31-year-old Telacia Fortson of East Cleveland, were previously identified. Eleven bodies have been found so far in Sowell's home and authorities are continuing their search. Dr. Frank Miller, the coroner of Cuyahoga County, said all of the bodies are those of African-American women and seven of the eleven had some sort of cord wrapped around their necks.
