Delonte West Indicted On Weapons Charges

(Upper Marlboro, MD) -- Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West is now under indictment on weapons charges. Maryland prosecutors say the 26-year-old West faces a total of eight counts, including two for reckless and negligent driving. He was pulled over September 17th in Maryland for the driving charges and police say they found one loaded handgun in a pocket, another in a pant leg and a loaded shotgun in a guitar case strapped to West's back. If convicted, West faces up to three years in prison for each of the weapons charges.
