Solution

Follow the steps below to modify the Profile Owner information in MyAccount.

Go to MyAccount.coxbusiness.com log in using your User ID and Password.
 
Note: If you have not yet registered for a User ID, you may do so by selecting New to Cox Business MyAccount? Register now.

In the top right corner, select Administration.
 
Select Administration

From the Administration drop-down menu, select Update Profile Owner.
 
Select Update Profile Owner

  1. On the MANAGE PROFILE OWNER tab, from the Select New Profile Owner drop-down menu, select the profile you want to modify.
  2. Update the following fields:
    • Primary Office Number
    • Email Address

Update Phone Number and Email Address

Click Save.


Follow the steps below to modify the Profile Owner information in MyAccount.

  1. Navigate your browser to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Profile Administration and select Manage Users/Roles/Accts.
  4. At the top of the page, click the PROFILE OWNER tab.
  5. On the MANAGE PROFILE OWNER window, update the following fields:
    • Select New Profile Owner
    • Primary Office Number
    • Email Address
       
      Complete the fields
  6. Click SAVE.
