Managing Profile Owners in MyAccount

Follow these steps to update a Profile Owner using MyAccount.


Follow the steps below to modify the Profile Owner information in MyAccount.

  1. Navigate your browser to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Profile Administration and select Manage Users/Roles/Accts.
  4. At the top of the page, click the PROFILE OWNER tab.
  5. On the MANAGE PROFILE OWNER window, update the following fields:
    • Select New Profile Owner
    • Primary Office Number
    • Email Address
      Complete the fields
  6. Click SAVE.
