Setting Up Trunk Group

Learn how to manage the Truck Group settings in the VoiceManager portal.

A Trunk Group includes all of the phone numbers associated with a communications switch (PBX). A
customer can have more than one Trunk Group.
Use the steps below to manage the Trunk Group settings.
Log in to VoiceManager MyAccount.
Enter your User ID and Password to log in to VoiceManager MyAccount, then click the Sign In button.
Click the VoiceManager Tools menu in the left navigation bar.
Click the Call Settings tab.
Under the Call Forwarding section, click the Trunk Group link.
Click the Trunk Description link to manage settings.
Click the checkbox to activate or deactivate the feature.
Enter a phone number in the Forward To field provided.
Click the Save button.
Result: A message will be displayed that the Trunk Group feature was updated successfully
