Activating Do Not Disturb

Learn how to activate the Do Not Disturb feature in VoiceManager.


Do Not Disturb allows you  to send your calls directly to voice mail without ringing your phone. On systems without voice mail, the caller receives a busy signal.


Productivity — Maintain your concentration by eliminating a ringing handset.
Convenience — Turn feature on and off with the click of a button.
Flexibility — Make outgoing calls even when the feature is activated.


Use the following steps to activate the Do Not Disturb feature.


Click the Voice Tools menu and click Incoming Calls.


Click the Do Not Disturb link.


Click the Do Not Disturb On button to activate this feature and click OK to save.

Note: You may elect to use feature access codes *78# to activate and *79# to deactivate.
