Summary

Loose or damaged wires and cables can ruin your viewing experience. View steps to fix loose connections.

Solution

Finger-tighten loose audio cables, red and white; they provide audio.

Finger-tighten loose HDTV cables, set of red, blue, and green; they provide HDTV video.

Finger-tighten loose coax cable on the Splitter.
Verify the cable is not damaged. If the cable is damaged, contact Support to schedule a service visit.
