Managing Profile Owners in MyAccount

Follow these steps to update a Profile Owner using MyAccount.
Follow the steps below to modify the Profile Owner information in MyAccount.
- Navigate your browser to myaccount.coxbusiness.com.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click Profile Administration and select Manage Users/Roles/Accts.
- At the top of the page, click the PROFILE OWNER tab.
- On the MANAGE PROFILE OWNER window, update the following fields:
- Select New Profile Owner
- Primary Office Number
- Email Address
- Click SAVE.
