Summary
Learn how to use Voice Portal including how to create the Voice Portal access and password.
Solution
Voice Portal enables you to access your VoiceManager office number from any telephone to change settings, forward calls, and make calls.
Benefits
Mobility — Initiate call forwarding and call handling changes to your office line from any telephone.
Cost — Make long distance calls that will be billed back to the company at standard rates rather than placing calls from your home, a hotel, or a different location that potentially incur higher charges.
Create Access to Voice Portal
Check the Auto-login to Voice Portal when calling from my phone checkbox.
Click OK.
You can now press 9999 in a 4-digit dialing setup to access Voice Portal from your office telephone.
Create Your Voice Portal Password
From the Voicemail/Portal Tools menu in MyAcccount, select the Messaging Controls option.
