Solution
Once you've clicked Profile Administration and selected Manage Users/Roles/Accts, you can begin to manage the Profile Owner's information associated with this profile. Start by clicking the Profile Owner tab at the top of the page.
- Once you've clicked the tab, the profile owner's information appears onscreen.

- Fill out the following fields:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Select New Profile Owner | Select the new owner from the field of users. |
| Primary Office Number | Enter the new owner/user’s primary office number here. |
| Email Address | Enter the email address here. |
- Click Save.
