Enter your User ID and Password to log in to VoiceManager MyAccount, then click the Sign In button.

Click the VoiceManager Tools menu in the left navigation bar.

Click the User & System Management tab.

Under the Utilities section, click the Group Directory link.

Click the Search drop down menu and select the type of information by which to find a contact:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Phone Number
  • Extension
  • Email Address

Enter the appropriate contact information in the adjacent field.

Click the Find button.

Click the desired contact from the options listed.

Repeat steps 5-8 until the Group Directory is complete.

Click the Filter by dropdown menu to select an account-specific directory.

Click the Export button to transfer the Group Directory to an Excel file.

Click Back to return to the previous menu.
