Email and mailing capabilities
- We will start you off with 10 CoxMail® email accounts. If 10 email accounts is not enough, you have the option to add more for an additional fee.
- Plenty of storage space. You can send and receive messages as large as 30MB - perfect for your business communications. In addition, you can store up to 2GB of messages per account.
- Anytime, anywhere emailing. With CoxMail® you can access important business communications from anywhere you have internet access. Provided on our CoxMail® business email servers with online administration management, you can email from our web interface or connect a desktop email software client, such as Microsoft OutlookTM or Outlook ExpressTM via POP3.
- you@yourcompany.com. If you currently use your business address for email, we’ll make sure that continues or we can provide Domain Name Registration for an additional fee.
- We keep your communications protected. CoxMail® comes with Cox Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus technology. We take care of all updates, so you’ll always have the latest protection working for you.
Covering your technical needs - IP addresses, domains and web hosting
Get up to eight IP addresses, either static or dynamic with your service. Additional static IP addresses are available in blocks of 16, 32 and 64.
As mentioned in our email features, you can use your existing domain name or we can register one for you. You can use the domain as your company website, beyond just email addresses.
