Cox Business Minute Packs require Cox Business local phone service, designation of Cox as long distance provider and a minimum one year service agreement.  Greater discounts apply for longer term agreements and higher volume packages. Minute Packs apply to outbound, direct-dialed long distance calls and if applicable, inbound toll free made within the United States and to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. Customers exceeding 250 minutes in a month on this Minute Pack will be charged $.05 per minute for each additional minute.  Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month. 

A Cox technician will install and activate your Cox Business Voice services in your home.  You or an adult over the age of 18 must be present during this installation, as there are license agreements, an Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service information that must be explained. *Additional cost for multiple lines.
