Cox intrastate phone service is provided to you, depending on the state where you receive service, pursuant to our tariffs on file with state public utilities commissions or a state Telephone Service Guide. Cox Business services (except for VoiceManager) and certain Residential service offers are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to the applicable state tariff or Service Guide. Interstate and international services are offered under the following terms and conditions.

Nevada state regulatory matters
The terms and conditions contained in the Service Guide below are for products and services provided by Cox Nevada Telcom, LLC (“Services”). Pursuant to NRS 704.68875, the effective date of this Service Guide is January 1, 2008 for customers already subscribing to Services as of January 1, 2008, or the date customers subscribe to Services after January 1, 2008 (“Effective Date”). For customers already subscribing to Services as of January 1, 2008, prior to the Effective Date, the existing Cox tariffs govern the Services.
