Voice Portal enables you to access your VoiceManager office number from any telephone to change settings, forward calls, and make calls.

Cost — Make long distance calls that will be billed back to the company at standard rates rather than placing calls from your home, a hotel, or a different location that potentially incur higher charges.

Create Access to Voice Portal

From the Voicemail/Portal Tools menu in MyAcccount, select the Messaging Controls option.

Click the Voice Portal link.

Check the Auto-login to Voice Portal when calling from my phone checkbox.

Click OK.

You can now press 9999 in a 4-digit dialing setup to access Voice Portal from your office telephone.

Create Your Voice Portal Password

From the Voicemail/Portal Tools menu in MyAcccount, select the Messaging Controls option.

Click the Voice Portal Password link.

Enter the new password you want to use to access the voice portal.

This must be a numeric value from 6-8 characters.

Re-enter the password in the Re-type new password space.

Click OK.

Remote Access and Use of Voice Portal

To access Voice Portal from an external line, dial the outside Voice Portal number provided to your company by Cox and enter your 10-digit office telephone number and password.

There are five edit options you may choose:

4Change your Call Forwarding All Calls Feature.
6Make an outbound call using your company calling line ID.
8Change your Voice Portal password.
