Solution
Setup TCP/IP for Mac
Follow these steps:
- From the desktop, choose the Apple® icon > Control Panels > TCP/IP.
- In the Connect via field, choose Ethernet.
- In the Configure field, choose Using DHCP Server.
- On the toolbar at the top of the screen, choose Edit > User Mode.
- Click the Advanced radio button and click OK.
- Click Options, click the Active radio button, and ensure that Load only when needed is not checked (click to un-check if necessary). Click OK.
- Click Close in the upper left-hand corner and choose Save to save the settings.
