Benefits
Control — Specify custom audio media files such as music or corporate greetings for ringback tones versus a standard system ring tone.
Flexibility — Specify multiple profiles where each is associated with a set of incoming call criteria (phone numbers, time of day, etc.) and a custom media file. If criteria are not met, the system ringback is provided.
Setup
Use the following steps to set up the Custom Ringback User feature.
From the Voice Tools menu, click the Incoming Calls link.

Click the Custom Ringback User link.

Click the Add button.

Complete the following steps:
- In the Description field, enter the name of the user.
- From the Selected Time Schedule drop-down box, add a time schedule that the ring tone should be activated.
- To play a specific ring tone, select the Personal Ringback File radio button, then click Browse to upload the file you wish to use.
Note: See your company’s Administrator for VoiceManager to get instructions on the file conversion process that must be used. - Under Calls from, select Any phone number to have the ringback tone used for any telephone number, or select Following phone numbers and enter the telephone number(s) for which you want the ringback tone to be used.
- Click OK to save.

To edit or delete an existing ringback, click the Active checkbox and click the Edit link of the ringback you want to change or remove.

Make the revisions to the values and click the OK button to save or click the Delete button to remove.
