Voice Support

You can change your Personal Greeting as often as you need. You may also enable the extended absence greeting which keeps callers from skipping your greeting when you are traveling or are out of the office for an extended period of time.

Follow the steps below to change your Voice Mail greeting.

Press 3 for the Greetings Menu.

Press 4 for the Modify Another Greeting Menu (pressing 5 here enables or disables the Extended Absence Greeting).

Press 2 to record a new greeting.
