Depending on the combination of devices, you may need to reassign the mode buttons to control a different type of device. For example, you may need to reassign the AUDIO button to control a second VCR or second TV.
Cox Millennium 4, M4094 Remote Control
To reassign a mode button to operate a different type of device, perform the following steps:

On the remote control, press and hold the SETUP button until the LED blinks twice.
Result: The mode button button blinks once.
Result: The mode button button blinks once.

Using the number buttons on the remote, enter 9 - 9 - 2.
Result: The LED blinks twice.
Result: The LED blinks twice.

Press the mode button associated with the type of device that you want to control, and then press the mode button that you want to reassign.
Result: The LED blinks twice.
