Want to create a MyAccount profile? Follow these steps to get up and running with MyAccount for Cox Business.
Solution
With your Cox Business service, you have access to MyAccount which allows you to manage your account, including paying your bill, setting up your email, and configuring VoiceManager features.

From MyAccount.coxbusiness.com, click the Click Here link in the lower right-hand section of the login page.
Result: The Create a New “My Account” Profile page displays.

Complete the following fields.
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | Enter a valid email address. |
| Account Number | Enter exactly as it appears on your bill. |
| Desired Nickname | Enter an easy-to-remember nickname / alias that will function as the identity for your account. |
| 4-digit Cox PIN | To help protect your telephone calling records and other vital information, Cox has created a four-digit Private Identification Number (PIN) exclusively for your use. The PIN can be found on your current billing statement. |
| Primary Office Number | Enter your primary office number here. |
| Alternate Phone Number | Enter your alternate office number here. |
| Your First Name | Enter your first name here. This name is simply for registration. It does not make either you or the person whose name is entered the primary billing or technical contact. |
| Your Last Name | Enter your last name here. |

Click Continue.
Result: A confirmation page displays with the values entered on the previous registration page.

Click Add New Account. 
Result: A congratulations page displays.
A confirmation link will be sent to you via email. If you fail to click it within 24 hours, your new profile will be purged from the system.
